Basic lab skills

One of the most essential - if not the most essential - skills for doing genomics work is proper pipetting. I've selected two video's as an introduction to pipetting: one brief one (2 mins) and one more elaborate (16 mins). If you've got some experience, the brief one should provide enough of a refresher. Have you never held a pipette (or used it) in your life? Then I recommend watching the long video.
